FAQ

  • Do you also take walk-ins?

Yes, we do! We always give priority to people with appointments, but if you pop in and we’ve got a spot, we’ll definitely try to fit you in.

  • Why do I have to pay a deposit to book an appointment?

The deposit secures your booking and confirms the time we've set aside just for you. It helps us manage our schedule and reduces last-minute cancellations, so we can give every client the time and attention they deserve. The deposit goes toward your appointment and is fully refundable if you give us enough notice to reschedule or cancel.

  • What’s your age policy?

We provide earlobe piercings for clients aged 6 and up. Basic ear piercings are available for clients 12 and older (a parent or legal guardian must be present). All facial and body piercings require clients to be at least 16 years old. Genital and advanced piercings are strictly for those 18 and over.

You can check the exact age requirement for each service in its description within our booking system. A valid government-issued ID is required for all services.

  • Can I get pierced with my own jewelry?

To keep things safe and up to our standards, we only pierce with solid gold jewelry purchased in our studio. This way, we know exactly what we’re working with. No risks, no compromises. We don’t use titanium or jewelry brought from elsewhere for fresh piercings.

  • Why do I have to downsize my piercing?

Downsizing is an important part of the healing process. It means switching to a shorter bar once swelling goes down, so your piercing stays snug, safe, and doesn’t shift or irritate the area. Downsizing isn’t included in the original piercing fee and costs €10 or €20, depending on the threading system used.

  • Can I book a consultation if I’m unsure about what I want?

Absolutely. If you're not quite sure yet, you can book a consultation to talk things through with one of our piercers. We'll help you explore your options and find what suits you best. There’s a small consultation fee, but if you decide to get pierced or purchase jewelry, we’ll deduct it from your total.
